I use it outside on my deck the old one I had was not weather resistant so when you get a slight misting of rain, the fuse would blow. This is been outside on my deck sitting on a table for three or four rainstorms now, and has not blown my fuse it does not sit in the rain, it’s protected under the deck, but when the wind blows the mist, it gets a little wet, but does not blow a fuse.

The quality of the power supply is very nice. Cord is very sturdy and the main unit seems well put together. We are using ours to power an outdoor tv and a few other accessories under a covered patio. So this is not directly out in the elements for those thinking of using it out in the open. I don’t think you would have any issues, but I would expect the plastic to wear quicker for that application.

So I bought this for our overhang in the back yard. I have a couple daisy chained bug rappers, a light, and pellet grill.

The whole idea behind this was to get the light going and the cord for the pellet grill to go upwards so my dogs didn't run it over.

I will say I haven't thrown Amy water on it to see how water proof it I'd. Water also doesn't get into the overhang so I cannot tell you about that aspect.

The first thing that drew me to this was the cable length. Seems a lot of outdoor ones have pretty small lengths.

Upon reading I learned about the spacing and if you need those 45 degree angle connection, that this has the right setup and spacing.

I can tell you this. I have been able to fit all plugs with zero problem. The length for my application is perfect. The price in my opinion is very well. Have yet to have any power problems even with daisy chaining. Over all, very glad I got this and highly recommend.
