Covozon is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, marketing, and service of electrical plugs and sockets, 3C strong current cable, and small household appliances.

Covozon mainly targets Europe, America, Australia, and the Middle East along with other consumer markets.  The company has a variety of intellectual property rights, including 2 American invention patents, 1 European invention patent, 1 Japanese invention patent, and 8 utility model patents.

Covozon has a perfectly strong current-related testing environment and equipment, and socket standardization testing laboratory.  It can independently complete plastic mold CNC, injection molding, circuit board design, component PCBA, laser carving, ultrasonic welding, various power cord and terminal manufacturing, integrated manufacturing chain, product aging test, and other complete and refined manufacturing processes.  The daily production capacity of finished products can reach 50000 sets through 6 processing and assembly lines.

Product Design

It all starts when an idea, or a thought, is conceived by the designer.  The life of a product begins even before the designer's pen hits the paper.  Covozon's Structure designer and the PCB Board design are in a brainstorming group and make sure all the ideas and thoughts are landing.

Manufacturing

All of our products are created step by step, once the prototype is confirmed, the Product Mold would be made, and then start the injection molding production and the PCB Production, later, all the semi-finished products put into the aging room, after aging, assembly the semi-finished products to the finished products, Re-Aging the finished products, after, all the finished products well checked the electrical performance, at last, we pack all the qualified products. We value quality and our products are crafted by experienced individuals.
